What is it about?

Doing Yoga in nature is a very beautiful experience that feels like taking "mini" vacation from your daily business in the city.


This Yoga class is for you if you are looking for gaining flexibility, build up strength, free your mind and for a deeper connection with Nature. The Yoga style is a mixture of classic Hatha and Yin Yoga with great focus on alignment, building up strength and flexibility.


Every class begins and ends with a beautiful singing bowl concert to bring yours mind and body in balance.


Especially if your work is mainly sitting this class will be great for your body and mind.

The class lasts 1:15hrs.


In addition I offer private classes at your home. I will bring everything needed with me.

What to bring?

  • Big towel or yoga mat (I can also bring you a yoga mat, just let me know :-) ).
