What is it about?

Are you visiting Mexico City and looking for a unique outdoor yoga experience?

 

Join a yoga class in Chapultepec Park, one of the most beautiful green spaces in Mexico City.

 

*** Beginners are very welcome! ***

 

Practicing yoga in nature allows you to slow down, breathe deeply, and recharge – whether you are traveling, working remotely, or simply exploring the city.

 

This outdoor yoga class is designed especially when you are a tourist, digital nomad, expat, work teams and English-speaking visitors who want to experience something authentic and relaxing.

 

I am originally from Germany and have been living in Mexico since 2017. I am teaching Yoga since 2015 all over the world.

 

I teach in English and Spanish create a safe, welcoming space for all levels – beginners and experienced yogis.

 

What you can expect:

  • A combination of Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga

  • Focus on alignment, strength, and flexibility

  • Deep relaxation and mindful breathing

  • A soothing sound bath with singing bowls
