De qué se trata?

¿A poco no se te antoja empezar tu día en el bosque realizando una deliciosa rutina de Hatha Yoga para elevar tu energía y liberar tu mente?


El estilo es clásico Hatha Yoga y lo que obtendrás es una clase de Yoga para mejorar tu postura, flexibilidad y fuerza, a partir de un trabajo paso a paso de alineación del cuerpo así como de diferentes técnicas para relajar tu mente y conectarte con la naturaleza.


Empezamos y cerramos cada clase con un hermoso baño de sonido con cuencos.


Esta disciplina es muy recomendable para personas que pasan mucho tiempo sentadas y con grandes niveles de estrés.

Qué traer?

  • Tapete de yoga o toalla grande
  • Ropa cómoda (mallas, pantalones de jogging).


Nos encontramos cerca del Monumento José Marti en el Bosque Chapultepec.


Si estás en frente del monumento gira a la izquierda, pasa una casa morena y allá estamos en el lado derecho. 


  • Clase suelta= 130 MXN por persona
  • Paquete de 4 clases = 400 MXN (sin vencimiento) 
  • Clase privada a domicilio = 700 MXN
