Doing yoga in the middle of the forest is an amazing experience, consciously walking to the side of the water is calming ... the best thing is the picnic: D
Jeanine prepares delicious sandwiches and is very beautiful when considering tastes, preferences or allergies ... and if with all this you do not dare yet, the chocolate truffles compete with everything else.
I have done the hike a couple of times and will do it again in the future, of course.

During our Mindful Hike we do Yoga in beautiful places and you can experience different types of meditation.
Beginners to Yoga and meditation are very welcome! No previous experiences needed. Just the love for being in Nature and connection is everything.
A private shuttle brings us from our meeting point in Mexico City to the beautiful Desierto Leones close by (30 minutes ride).

Trail “Kiss of the River/Beso del Río” 💋
It is a beautiful path next to a very nice river covered with ferns and moss. The route is very green and diverse. The sound of water gives you peace and lets your mind flow. It is a very meditative tour that allows you to be in contact with all your senses. We will go up to a viewpoint that gives you a very nice view of the forest.
The route is beginner friendly.

Trail “Wild fruits/Frutas silvestres” 🍓
It is the route with which I started my Mindful Hikes and I never get tired of it.
On this trail we will find a lot of diversity of plants, fruits and trees. It is very nice to discover the changes in the vegetation while you walk and we will talk about the properties of some medicinal plants in the area.
In this Mindful Hike you will get to know to Walking Meditation.
Our vegetarian / vegan picnic will be right next to a river in a spacious and quiet space.
This trail is beginner friendly.

Includes transportation in private shuttle, mindful hike guide with Yoga and different meditations and picnic (vegetarian or vegan).
If you are coming in your own car the price is 600 MXN.
The payment needs to be in advance to reserve your place and pay the transportation. Can be done via bank transfer or PayPal. To reserve your spot pay 50 % of the price and 1 day before the hike the rest.
Hike at your own risk: Most important for me is to offer you many safety precautions as possible, but remind you there circumstances beyond my control like your physical conditions.
